Cozy room of 11m2 for rent in my 3 bedroom apartment
Hi! My name is Morten and is 29 years old. I'm reading pt. for gastronomy, and so I go a lot of food. I have previously played handball, football and tennis, went to sports kindergarten, gymnasium and read to sports teacher, but now I'm watching more on television than before. I enjoy being in friends' teams and having a beer while playing table football, board games or just chatting. I'm looking for a roommate who plans to stay for some time. One who agrees to share the cleaning and one who agrees that if you swim in common areas, you do clean yourself. The apartment: The apartment was built 3 years ago to February when I moved in. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms of 11m2 of which I rent the one. A living / kitchen area of 21.5 m2 which is partially furnished. A bathroom of 4.5 m2 and an entrance hall. If the tenant is smoking, all smoking is done outside. There is underfloor heating in all rooms that can be adjusted as needed. There are dishes in the kitchen. A large storage room. Bicycle storage. Good parking options. Utility room. Communal courtyard with benches and barbecue. Menu and facts are located on the other side of the road. There are buses right outside the door of Uni, the trade school, VIA etc. 5 minutes from the center of the city by bike.
