Cozy room with good view, practical shelving and built-in table
Hi there the apartment is on the top floor and is nice light and has a nice view. Most of the apartment will be furnished when you move in (apart from your room, which you can move into and install as you want. Your room has a built-in desk (quite nice) and cozy shelves + closets installed and therefore really practical. In addition, it's quite private, because my own section of the apartment is upstairs. In other words, it is the perfect study room for people who read (KUA is close by). As a tenant you will be able to use your own room, kitchen and the bathroom / toilet. The dining room that has a staircase up to my floor upstairs is welcome to use in agreement with me. Your room has recently been painted white.
