The room has its own exit to the balcony where there will be afternoon / evening sun in the summer. The rent will be SEK 4300 all including the month The deposit will be SEK 12900 (equivalent to three months rent) and 1 month's prepaid rent. The reason why the room is rented out is that I have got a place to study in Aarhus and therefore take the trip to Jutland here this summer to study. That's why you come to live with my sweet and quiet roomate Mathilde, 24, who I have lived with so far. The apartment has a shared living room, kitchen, bath and washing machine.
