The room is 7.5-8 M2, very bright and with built-in closet, so there is plenty of space. The room is unfurnished by moving in. The apartment itself is 95m2 in total, with common room and kitchen room and lots of light. In addition, there is a balcony and a small garden. It is a very quiet residential area with beautiful scenery in the backyard. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a washer and dryer - this is also for shared use.
