Cosy room in Holbæk
Hi I stand with my buddy and lacks a roomie to our 125 m2 apartment in Holbaek. We are two boys of 21 years, who daily both work in sales in Kalundborg and Copenhagen and beyond, we know each other from school. Our demands on you are just that you will thrive in our company from time to time, keep public areas neat and tidy, and are able to pay your rent. The building was previously used as a hospital dormitory, but was last summer renovated and now stands as brand new. The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, a large living room and a kitchen with ample cupboard space and a bathroom on a large scale, where there is also a washing machine. The rent charged covers for rent, water, heating, Internet and home insurance. Electricity bill comes once a quarter and to be here, with around 500 kroner per man.
