Cozy room in the center
I rent a nice room in a nice apartment. There is new kitchen in the apartment with built-in dishwasher. As well as a bathroom with a shower. The window is painted white so the room looks more bright. Washing machine is located in the basement, where there is also a cot. There is a nice backyard for free use. The room is approx. 13m2 and has a large built-in closet, as well as a nice corner desk. The apartment is located 100 meters from the kennedy arcade and 200 meters from the train station. The rent will be 3700 a month but will fall to about 3400 after housing support. The rent will include water, heating and internet. I'm looking for a student who wants to live clean and tidy. There may be the opportunity to cook together once in a while. But there must of course also be respect for a closed door. Immediately, the rental period will be 1 year with the possibility of filing. A little about me: I am 23 and must read sports at AAU. I am a funny and nice guy who is outgoing and easy to access. I have been working in a kindergarten / nursery in Aarhus for the last 2 years. Looking forward to hearing from you :)
