Cozy place to stay
The room is the apartment's living room about 15 m2. A nice room with a large window. The room contains a built-in wardrobe) You get in your lease access to a small garden (see attached image). You are welcome to come up and look in the room with your own eyes (by appointment only). (Sorry images are missing from the room. They are on the way). There is a communal kitchen, where you can cook and eat your food, or just stay up with a good cup of coffee / tea. BATHROOM The bathroom is matter of course. also common. You are expected to do their own cleaning and tidying your room and the common facilities used. FURNITURE room will be empty by your occupation, then you have free time to adjust it as you like. LITTLE GARDEN You also have access to a small garden. There you can enjoy your morning coffee / tea out. garden must be kept neat in the same way as your room and all public spaces. The small garden lead off the bicycle path network through the cozy residential neighborhood. and the cycle network lead to a small mini forest. The apartment is a three-room corner apartment on the ground floor. It's not a huge concrete building, but a 2-storey brick townhouse LAUNDRY Laundry is free and takes place at a newly renovated laundry 15 meters from the garden door. INTERNET The lease includes free internet. OUTDOOR FACILITIES football field: A relatively large soccer field is used to a bit of everything, including feather-controlled cars, kite flying and so on. There is OK with activity. OUTDOOR GRILL: There is also a nearby barbecue area for the whole family with tables and benches, as an adjacent covered dining area. GAMES ROOM & BASKETBALL PATH: Around the barbecue area, a small playground, and a smaller and older basketball court. ROOM FOR RENT If you would like to gather the whole family. Is there also a great pub to go wild in. LOCATION The apartment is located 1 km. (13 min. Walk or 4 min. Bike ride) from Ballerup station. From there it takes you less than half an hour to the Central Station. I even find myself frequently traveling between Sweden and Denmark and therefore I seek tenant to take good care of my apartment. I'll be in Sweden for at least a year. and then when I'm in Denmark. spend some time with my girlfriend / friends mm. saw me look probably not much. The room is rented from d. 02-01 2017 Economy. There will also be prepaid rent or worse on top of the deposit. Agreement on deposit + prepaid rent will be negotiated / agreed before occupation. Reservation of the room must have happened within d16-12-2016 Ideally you are looking for a room close to the city but still appreciate pleasant surroundings and peace and quiet.
