Cozy and spacious room in Aalborg Vestby!
As my present roomie unfortunately moves out, I am looking for a roommate for my apartment at Herluf Trolles Gade 19 on 3rd floor. You will take over one of the two rooms per day. 12.2. The rental period is unlimited. The area is cozy, quiet and quiet. It is located right next to a cozy harbor environment, the harbor bath and Aalborg Street food. The whole apartment is 66 m2 with kitchen, bath and two rooms of 14 m2 and 21 m2. You will share a kitchen with a small dining area and pray with the undersigned. I am a quiet and calm guy of 22 years who reads construction and construction on 1st soon 2nd semester. In my spare time I am happy to be active with strength training and running. I'm not pale to make common food and participate in socially growing. The price includes everything (water, heating, electricity, internet and home insurance including liability, travel, cancellation and electronics insurance). The apartment has a private storage room on the floor above the apartment and a common bicycle room in the basement. When moving in, 2 months prepaid rent and a deposit equal to 2 months' rent will have to be paid. This means that together with the first month's rent must be paid DKK 16,250 upon occupation.
