Cosy bofællesskab seek new roomie!
We are looking for a guy / girl to our shared flat in the center of Aalborg. Since our current roomie move out, we seek a new flatmate to take over the room with us. The room facing the takeover is 12 kva. The room is very bright and is next to a farm and window to a terresse (There is for shared use) The room is next to the hallway with another room, where the three remaining open onto the living room. The apartment has a large living room with piano, large dining table and plenty of room to watch television, eat, socialize with a cup of tea or coffee together, etc. We also have a terrace which we use during the warmer months where we've vegetables and herbs. The whole apartment is 220 sqm. and with a long time, hall, two bathrooms, a large kitchen with washing machine and dryer for free use. Price includes. ALT which means that both the costs for water, heating, electricity, large Stofa TV package and Internet are covered by the rent. About Us: We are between 22 and 26 years.
