Room for rent in HELLERUP (as a starting point barely 2 years with possibility of extension) I am looking for a new roomie who will rent a room of approx. 13 sqm, in my 2 bedroom apartment in Hellerup just 2 minutes from Hellerup city center. Super good options for shopping, dining, and nature. Occupation on 1 January 2020. The apartment is located on the 4th floor. The apartment is only about 300 meters away from Hellerup beach, and the apartment is close to a Føtex food a Superbrugs, and a lot of cafes and sushi places just a few meters away. 10-15 minutes from Hellerup station on foot. Beautiful modern kitchen and bathroom in the apartment (both for sharing). Library and park are also close by and otherwise Hellerup beach is super close. You get a room with freshly painted white walls. The room is unfurnished, though furnished with a built-in large closet. Access to kitchen, where we share about the storage space in the fridge / freezer and kitchen cabinets. Access to shared bathroom with toilet and shower. There is a laundry cellar and dryer in the apartment's basement. Monthly rent: DKK 5,700 incl. Before use. When moving in, pay: Deposit equivalent to 2 months' rent: 11400 Prepaid rent: 5700 TOTAL PAYABLE ON MOVE: SEK 17100 including consumption Lease will be made. WHAT DO I LOOK FOR? A quiet and calm person who only parties outside and does NOT bring the party home. It should be a home, not a disco. There are rules in the home about what time to turn down the alarm. no pets allowed. A person who cleans up after himself and who prioritizes living nicely and cleanly. Not smoking.
