Hi, are you our new roomie? We are two girls who have taken over a super nice, newly built apartment in Østerlunden, Odense Ø. The apartment is bright and at approx. 108 square meters and contains a large living room in one with kitchen and balcony, large bathroom with washer and dryer and three bedrooms. We are again looking for a sweet and fun non-smoking roomie. Your room is approx. 8 square meters with much built-in cupboard space. The rent is DKK 4000 per month including consumption, ie. internet, heating, electricity and water tax. The rent is without deducted housing support, which we expect to receive, so the real rent is likely to be less. In addition, a deposit of 2 months rent must be paid upon moving in. A little about us: Anemone is 20 years old and starts at the medical school at SDU until February. Olivia is also 20 years old and currently has a Sabbath year, but expects to start her biology studies at SDU this summer. We are both two quiet, calm and social people, but also appreciate privacy.
