Hello dear homeowner! I provide one room in my 2 bedroom apartment, in Vanløse from 1 November 2017. The room is 11 sqm. and has a large window next to a large courtyard. I rent the room partially furnished, with a large Ikea street closet, with sliding doors. The rent for the room is 3200 in the month and is incl. Wifi, electricity, water, heating and gas. There is once a kitchen and bathroom and there is a communal free laundry in the basement with tumble dryer and drying line. The surrounding area is quiet and close to Damhusøen and Grøndalsparken and there is a Fact and a Superbrug directly opposite. In addition, there is a nice Italian pizzeria and a kiosk right next to the entrance. In addition, there is research. Public transport options, Vanløse st. and Flintholm st. by metro and the Kb-hall st., all in about 10 min. walking distance. A little about me: I am 31 and is a social educator. I'm positively brought up, is calm and have a good balance in either being out and seeing with family and friends or enjoying myself at home. Music means a lot to me, and I therefore hear a lot of different music both at home and abroad. Of course with regard to neighbors and you, my roomie. My music taste is wide and I spend some time curious about new music. I am also creative in different areas and do a bit of drawing and painting. I'm more fun than sports enthusiast, but I'm really happy to ride a bike, go for long walks and get out in nature. I am looking for a roomie that, like me, has a positive approach to life, is accommodating and responsible. Since it is not the biggest apartment, it is especially important that you are good at cleaning up yourself and generally have healthy and good cleaning habits. It is very important that we both feel at home and fit in the apartment and it is therefore vital that you are aware of openness and to talk about what should now appear. In the kitchen there is a table top and two cafe chairs where there is the possibility to eat their food and maybe a snack in between. You should not be fanatic non-smoking, but I prefer non smoking in our common area. I'm reasonably flexible and tolerant and I've had roommates for several times before and I expect you to take care of my home and common things as I do. There will of course be a lease and the rental period is a little uncertain, but at approx. ½ years and there will be 1 month termination from both parties. You may be given a deposit of one month's rent, ie. 3200 kr. Before moving in, as well as 3200 kr. D.1.nov.2017.
