We are looking for one roommate to move in 01.05.2017 (unlimited period) in the newly built house of 154m2 named Villa wit in Tranbjerg. The house consists of kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher), living room, two bathrooms with shower, three bedrooms, laundry room (with washer and dryer), garage with small shed, a garden and two terraces. The house is also eco-friendly (0 energy +) and uses solar energy and wood-burning stove in the living room and underfloor heating throughout the house. Your room will be 13m2 with closet and private access to the garden (see floor plan) is a 2 minute walk to shopping, 3 minutes to bus (4A, 20, 41 and 202) and 10km to the center of Aarhus. The rent is on 3700kr and covers water, heating, electricity, internet and a small contribution to a savings for contingencies (However, this can be adjusted a bit since the installment still subject to change) Economy Rent m. Overheads - 3.700kr (can swing a bit) Deposit - 6.650kr About you: We seek a roommate who is fresh, outgoing, cleanliness and pleasant to live with. Also preferred are non-smokers.
