I have to after 5 amazing years with my roomie, to find a new one ?? The apartment is located on Provstevej København NV, in a really nice area ?? 10 min walk from Nørrebro st. with new metro. and 5 min to 5c and 4a. It is a 3 bedroom apartment: two rooms, a living room, kitchen, bathroom and small toilet ?? The room is approx. 18-20 sqm. and comes unfurnished if desired, but there is also the option to keep the loft bed and clothes rod ?? Rent: DKK 4500, +200 for internet, license, Netflix and home insurance. Takeover: May 1st at the earliest and the rental period is unlimited with 3 months notice. A little about me: I am 24 years old, read to Fashion Manager at KEA and have a small tailoring workshop in my room ?? I love being social, good food, listening to music and being creative. A little about the apartment environment: It is a very homely environment and guests are almost always welcome, with notice. I would like a roomie who sometimes wants to cook together (or order take-away) or make some joint ???? There is smoke in the kitchen, so unless you are a super tolerant non smoker, it is best if you smoke too ??
