High school teacher looking for a quiet roommate
Beautifully furnished 14 sqm room is rented in the attractive birdwatching area in the northwest. The rent is 4300 SEK including water, heating, electricity, internet and TV package. The apartment is shared with the landlord and is a two-room apartment in good condition situated on Nattergalevej. It is a cozy and quiet neighborhood under bloom with many young people and new cafes. There is only 900 m down to Lygten and Nørrebro station and there is free parking in the area. I myself am a 30-year-old high school teacher who commutes daily to Næstved High School and HF, where I teach music and mathematics. I'm usually not home by day, but once a week, I'm free to teach and work at home. As I get up very early, at. 05.30 to take the train at work, I need the calm at the apartment at 21 in the evening, where I go to bed. I therefore seek a tenant of an equivalent age (over 27 years) and with permanent employment, or one who is writing a thesis or PhD. The rent is limited due to renovation of the bathroom, which is planned for January / February 2019. There is an option for renewal when the details of the renovation are in place.
