We are looking for a new living room for a room in our lovely apartment on Frederiksbjerg, a stone's throw from Ingerslev Boulevard, Jægergårdsgade and the forest and the water. The room is 18 sqm, bright and with a carnival. The apartment is 90 sqm, bright and cozy and consists of three large rooms, as well as a bathroom and kitchen with dishwasher, dining area and a small balcony facing a large green courtyard. The rent is DKK 4000 including water and heating and with housing support. Deposit is 12,000 DKK plus 3 months prepaid rent. In the apartment we live, Emma and Kathrine. Kathrine is 25 years old and studies anthropology on the 4th semester. She is the type who always wears casual clothes at home and has an overuse of both cappuccino and podcasts. Kathrine has abandoned learning to crochet and find her inner yoga spirit, in return, she never says no to a G & T. Emma is also 25 years old and is currently in charge of the candidate in Psychology. She is currently leaving leave for study and uses time to work and grow new hobbies such as crochet and winter bathing. She enjoys making and, not least, eating food and, like Kathrine, never says no to a G & T. Both of us look forward to maybe living with you!
