Furnished room with shared kitchen and bathroom
I have a furnished room in my apartment on Nørrebro that I am renting out for a couple of months since my current roommate will be traveling. She will be back April 8, but you might move in to my room instead of August if you are interested. I am looking for tidy, quiet and considerate female roommate :) The apartment is on the third floor and bright. It was thoroughly renovated 10 years ago. We will be sharing kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen has a washing machine, and we can dry our in the attic. The room is app. 10 square meters. It has a large build-in closet from the floor to ceiling, including a floor to ceiling mirror, a bed 90 * 200, a small café table and two chairs, lamps and a small, old flat screen tv. The room is facing the courtyard, so there is no noise. The clean pr. month incl. use of furniture and kitchen things, utilities such as water, heat, electricity, license fee, and tv channels, is 4000. It is a fairly small apartment so we have to show consideration towards each other. Therefore: We do not entertain guests after 10 o'clock in the evening and no sleep over guest unless the other person has agreed that it is okay. Windows must be closed if the heat is on. When we are at home, we do not listen to loud music or TV. We only have one bathroom so let us try to occupy the bathroom no longer than a maximum of 15 minutes at a time. We keep the kitchen and bathroom clean and tidy at all hours. We do not leave dirty dishes in the sink. We wash off stove, wall and kitchen table when used etc. We take out the garbage when the bin is full etc. If you might be interested, contact me so you can come to the apartment and meet me :)
