Furnished room in a beautiful apartment in Østerbro
Lovely furnished room with direct view to Fælledparken in a large and bright apartment. With the room comes a shared bathroom, toilet, kitchen (with dishwasher and washing machine), large living room and a nice garden. The apartment is 191 square meters with plenty of space. It is close to almost everything: 100 meters from grocery shopping, 3.6 km from Copenhagen University and 4.2 km from Copenhagen Business School. Besides me, there is living a German girl here as well. The rent of 6,500 DKK a month includes water, heating, electricity, wifi, antenna contributions and media license. The room is furnished with bed, large desk, chair and shelves. We are looking for a tenant who is clean, social, responsible and preferably also a student. I am a 20 year old guy studying International Business and Politics at CBS. Both the German and I enjoy a glass of wine from time to time, so all the better if you're also a wine drinker ;-)
