Dear possible landlord, I am renting out my apartment in Valby for 5 months from February 2022 until June 2022, when I am going on an exchange. The apartment consists of 1 room with kitchenette, including a fridge with freezer and hob, and a private bathroom with shower. The apartment will be furnished. There will bla. be a bed with space for 2 people, wardrobe, kitchen island with 2 dining areas and mini oven. We can agree details together. There is no washing machine in the apartment itself, but in the residential complex there is a laundry which works really well. The total rent per. month incl. consumption is DKK 7,404 divided into the following expenses: Rent: DKK 6,669 Acconto heating: DKK 250 Acconto water: DKK 200 Acconto electricity: DKK 150 Internet: DKK 135 If it sounds like something for you, you are welcome to write and we can arrange a time where you can come by and see the apartment as well as talk about details.
