Our current female roomie moves and leaves a 10kvm delicious room with french balcony. Age within our own +/-, you must possess a lot of maturity and can take care of yourself, clean up and help with what's now to be done together. Unfortunately, the wild pets are not allowed to smoke inside (there is a small terrace for it) or play tecno at 0800 Tuesday morning. We think you got it;) Well what else?
