Provides room for a student
Hello :) I have a room available from start February. The apartment is only 5 min from the University Park by bicycle, so transportation is very manageable. The apartment of 69 sqm has been recently renovated. It consists of an entrance hall, 2 rooms, bath + washing machine and a large living room and kitchen room with balcony. Your room: Approx. 11kvm + small balcony The rent is 4075 and covers water, heating, electricity, internet and home insurance. There is also a bicycle room + depot room below that belongs to the apartment. With housing support it will be approximately 3500. The rental period is flexible. I myself are 1st year student at Geoscience AU and when I'm not studying I'm together with study and other companions. I do some exercise, mostly running, but also other activities. I'm quiet and fun, but sociable and would like to have a meal with, or watch a movie with time and again. The few criteria that are for you are that you do not smoke is about the same age as me and not always sitting in the room. A closed door is of course respected.
