I rent my room in Vesterbro in the period 1/2 to 30/6 in 2017 (or thereabouts - what is now just right). I related to my education abroad, and would like to find someone who will take over my room during the period. You're going to stay with my two sweet, male rumboer, both studying. In relation to housing benefit and the rhythm of everyday life, we therefore prefer that you are also students. The apartment is on two floors and comprises on the lower floor of a bright and spacious living room, a nice little bathroom, a bright kitchen with dishwasher, dryer and washing machine and the room where you will be staying. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a cozy aisle. There hear farm and bicycle storage to the apartment complex. The apartment is 2 minutes walk from Kildeparken and 5 minutes from the train / station. By bike it takes 20 minutes to uni (Kroghstræde). In addition is pedestrianized five minutes from here. The room rented furnished (or according to the agreement), and therefore there will be a deposit of 2,000 kr. Besides rents at 3026 kr (before housing benefit) there will be 450 kr for electricity and internet top. Write if you are interested to come and see the apartment and meeting my rumboer.
