Submits student accommodation to female students in the period 1 / 8-2020-1 / 1-2021
Since I am going to have my internship in Aarhus, I am subletting my nice and newly renovated student accommodation from 2016 during this period :-) Tenant: I would like to find a sweet, young and female student who is missing a place to live in the period 1 / 8-2020 to 1 / 1-2021. (earlier occupancy can be agreed) About the apartment: It is a newly renovated one bedroom apartment on the ground floor, but it VERY well furnished. I sublet the apartment fully furnished, with furniture such as: sofa, bed, dining table, chairs, lamps etc. as well as service if needed. Others can be agreed upon. The apartment is 6.5 km from SDU, 2 km from pedestrian zone, 1.8 km from UCL (harbor) Furthermore, there is a nice grassy area outside the window with tables / benches, Net is 50 meters away, laundry is connected with new washing machines , AND then there are really cute neighbors. Consumption: The rent is inclusive of water / heat and without housing subsidy (housing subsidy must be applied for). Power is settled on an ongoing basis. If possible. overuse of a water / heat account will be settled after the end of the rental.
