Sublet in the heart of Aarhus - October to April
As I set out on my sabbatical adventure, my two roomies and I are looking for someone who can sublet my room in the period from October 2022 to April 2023. However, the period is flexible. The apartment is approximately 70 square meters and contains 3 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, entrance hall, large balcony and a large shared roof terrace. We also have access to a storage room, bicycle parking, and the building has an elevator. From the apartment's balcony there is a good view of Aros, and from the roof terrace you can see the whole city. The building has been newly built since we moved in Spring 2021, and is therefore equipped with a well-functioning fridge/freezer, underfloor heating throughout the apartment, dishwasher and washing machine/tumble dryer. The apartment is located in the heart of Aarhus, within walking distance to most things, such as the university and the railway station. In addition, cozy Vestergade and shopping opportunities are just a stone's throw away. The room we have to offer is approximately 8.5 square meters and furnished with a 1.5-person bed, desk, flat screen and wardrobe. In addition, it is one of the two balcony rooms. The rent for the property is DKK 3,775 (including advance payment). In addition, there is electricity, internet and housing allowance. The move-in price is DKK 9,000, which consists of: - Deposit - 1 x rent - First month - 1 x rent - One-off payment - DKK 1,450 You will live with Markus and Caspar. Markus has just started his first sabbatical, where he works full-time on our beloved Maccen. When he's not working, he takes great pride in cracking the world's flattest jokes, with great inspiration from Friends! Caspar is starting his last year at Viby Gymnasium. In addition, he spends a lot of time on his work, where he advises on bookkeeping, marketing, webshop and web design. When he is not working or with his friends, you can find him in his running shoes or in his suit! That you have lived abroad before is not a requirement, but definitely a plus.
