Submission of room on Finnupvej, Aarhus C, from 1st March
I rent a room out of approx. 10 m2 with built-in closet, in a nice and bright apartment located on Finderupvej, Aarhus C. The apartment is a total of 61m2 and consists of two equal rooms, kitchen / living room, entrance hall, bathroom and a really nice terrace :) The rent is at 4510 , DKK 00 per month. This includes AConto water / heat and antenna contribution. There are also NRGi electricity as well as the internet. - Deposit: 3 x rent - Prepaid rent: 3 x rent (Total 24300 kr.) You will live with me. I am 22 years old and read to the administration bachelor of the VIA, which is 2 minutes walk from the apartment. Besides studying, I spend time on my part-time job and, all the time I can get there, with my friends and family I'm looking for a student (girl) so there will be the opportunity to get housing support.
