Sublease of room in the middle of Aarhus C from January, February or March to September
As I am going to exchange for March, I am renting my room in Aarhus C. The room is 9 sqm in size and can be rented either furnished or partially furnished, as desired. It is part of an 86 sqm apartment which consists of two other rooms, a common living room, kitchen (with dishwasher!), Bathroom with washing machine and dryer and large balcony. The apartment is located on Margrethepladsen, which is located directly between Aros and Godsbanen and has shopping and transport facilities within 5 minutes walking distance. The rent is DKK 4767 including on-site heating and water. In addition, we receive housing subsidies of approx. 250 each. Deposit: DKK 0. You will share all the glory with Kristine and Kristina, who are both 22 years old and who are studying educational sciences and educator respectively. We are looking for a girl or boy in their 20s who wants to live in a cozy apartment with room for both open and closed doors.
