At Sdr. Boulevard 47, 3. TV live Rasmus and I in a nice 96 m2 flat - and we lack a third roomate :) The room is about 9 m2 (unfurnished) and in addition there is access to a fully furnished kitchen dining / living room and bathroom. Rent: 2250 kr. Per. month (incl. water, heating, TV and internet) + current (paid per. quarter). Deposit: 2 months rent Prepaid rent: 2 months Available: April 1 We are both 25 years old and medical students. We have an open and friendly atmosphere in the apartment. When we can find the time, we keep communal and movie night (if our calendars are not too full!) - Something it would be nice if you want to help :) We expect you to have a nice and easy-going person - and that you can figure out how to clean up after yourself and respect the rules we have set in the apartment.
