Sublease of room in Aarhus C Natascha and I are looking for a new roomie in the period February 1, 2020 to July 1 / August 1, 2020. Our current roomie, Emilie, is going to exchange after Christmas, which is why we are looking for a new roomie to our liking apartment in the heart of Frederiksbjerg. The apartment is opposite Skt. Pouls church, and is therefore close to both the railway station, shopping and forest and beach. We live in a 3-room apartment with shared kitchen, bathroom and loft. In addition, there is a washing machine, dishwasher and a cozy yard with space for your bike. The room for rent is 13 sqm. The room is spacious and includes bed, large closet, desk and associated chair. The rent is DKK 3263.90 a month incl. consumption and housing support with a deposit of DKK 9,791.70 A little about us: We are two positive, outgoing and healthy girls of 24 years, who are up in a healthy lifestyle and a good social life, and we always have a high mood. We appreciate a clean and nice apartment so it is always nice to be home. In the apartment there is room for fun and coziness, but of course a closed door is also understandable.
