Sublease of room in 2 bedroom apartment
My creamie must spend half a year abroad. THEREFORE, we place her room in our apartment of 84 sqm. in Odense C. The apartment consists of kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with washer and dryer, and two rooms. The room being rented is approx. 16 sqm. The rental period will be from 1 August to 1 February (6 months). I am 22 years old and study biomedicine on the fourth semester. We are looking for a tenant, who is a student, non-smoker and has a sense of order. In addition, there must be an understanding of privacy, but with space for cosiness, common dining, hints and beer / wine. The rent amounts to DKK 3868 with aconto (electricity, internet), but there will be housing support if you are a student (approximately 500).
