Room and living room furnished with shared living room, kitchen and bath from 3/3 2018. Room and living room are furnished in a 3-room apartment on the 4th floor, centrally located in Holmbladsgade quarter, 250 meters to the metro and 50 meters to bus 2A to the main railway station. There is access to ok green farm and bicycle cellar. The rent is 4500, - per person. mdr. incl. heating, electricity, water, wifi, tdc package, netflix and HBO - as well as free laundry in the wash basin. Kitchen, bath, living room and entrance hall are shared with me. There is a shelf in the kitchen where you can have food and your own service (if you wish, you may also want to use my service). The fridge we share. The room can be furnished with cabinets if you wish - otherwise it is free for you to furnish :). Here are no rules - besides general consideration for me as landlord - and neighbors. Obviously, of course, both ways apply.
