Sublease of room
I will be presenting my room at Møllehatten 3, 2, 8240 Risskov, when I attend a college for six months. The address shows something else in the ad, but since the address is not yet available on various cards, I have put it to the brewery, as it is located next to it. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and has a balcony (7 sqm), where both rooms have access. The apartment is part of a new building from 2017. The rent is 4450 DKK incl. aconto, but not electricity. The room that is rented is at approx. 15 sqm, and is furnished. The bathroom is equipped with a washer / dryer. It is not far from shopping facilities approx. 5 min and there is also ample opportunity for nature where it is 1 km. down to Riis Forest. It takes a bike ride of 15-20 minutes. to get to university and Aarhus C, otherwise there are short distances to the nearest bus stops. You will share the apartment with Kasper, who is a student at Aarhus BSS. We expect the apartment to be kept clean; On top of that there is preference for a non-smoking, but not the big problem, if any. In addition, it would be a plus if you have lived before.
