Sublease of two-man student residence close to SDU and UCL.
When my boyfriend and I take a study stay in Australia, we will be hosting our apartment between March 1 - July 31, 2018 at Niels Bohrs all 23, 2027, 5230 Odense M. It is required, from the housing company, that two people live in the home, of which at least one must be in training. Due. layout, the apartment will be primarily for couples. Electricity, water and heating as well as antenna and internet are included in the rent. The house is a small townhouse with attached garden + shed and is set up by a forest which means that it is quietly noisy. The accommodation has its own bathroom and kitchen, the garden has a terrace, a grass area and a small herb garden. Ørstedskollegiet is very close to UCL (about 100 meters) and 1.9km from SDU and there are shopping opportunities less than 1km away and Rosengårdscentret 3km away. HC. Ørstedskollegiet is one of Odense's best-located colleges and has its own bar and lots of cool annual events such as HCØ's birthday and Bilka marathon.
