SUPPLY OF FURNISHED ROOM PER 1/1 - 1/7 Hi! I am subletting my lovely room at Frederiksbjerg in Aarhus C, as I am going to exchange. Therefore, I am looking for a sweet boy / girl who has had experience of living outside before and wants to treat the cabin properly ??. The room is sublet furnished which is why you want bed, closet, dresser and desk available. It is part of a larger 3-room apartment with shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. The apartment you will share with my brother, Rasmus, 25. A quiet and calm graduate student who is able to prepare food and never say no to a cup of coffee ;-) The apartment is on Nyborggade, a stone's throw from the sea, the forest, Bruun's Gallery and Jægergårdsgade. AND 10-15 minute bike ride to uni if you are a fast one! The room is approx. 18 m2 and the rent is approx. DKK 4400 per month (including water, heating, internet and housing support). In addition, there is a deposit on top of which will be 2x the rent (ie DKK 8800). Finally write to me if you have any questions or would like to come over for a cup of coffee :-)
