Sublease of dormitory room
When I exchange, I will give my room at Tingbjerg Kollegiet in Brønshøj from 15 July to 31 December (possibly start January). The rental period is binding. The rent is 3555 kr. All inclusive. The room is furnished. There is a toilet, bath and kitchenette in the room and access to the large community kitchen. The room is 18 m2 with no common areas and 29 m2 with. Bus 2A runs approx. 100 m from the residence. Due to the fact that it is a college, the landlord must be a student and be in training at the time of relocation. A deposit of 3500 kr.
