Subletting of 50m2 apartment in the heart of Aalborg
We are presenting our apartment in Aalborg C due to internship. The apartment is rented per. 1/9 2017 through 31/12 2017. The apartment is 50m2 and consists of two rooms divided between a kitchen and a large bathroom. The apartment is rented out and, as we are a couple who live here, the apartment is naturally furnished afterwards. Therefore, we prefer the apartment rented to a single person or a couple. In addition, we have installed a washing machine in the bathroom. There is also a laundry basin, with the possibility of washing and tumble dryer for a fee. The apartment is centrally located in the center of Aalborg, within easy walking distance to shopping and close to public transport. There is an accompanying ballroom with possibility of a few chairs and a coffee table. From the cool street there are also views of the courtyard, the fjord and the limfjord bridge. Since the apartment is rented through AKU-Aalborg, it is a requirement that at least one tenant is a student. The rent is 4,800kr which includes aconto water and heating, small TV package and doorphone. There is also the possibility of applying for housing support. A deposit of 2 months rent will be charged, 9,600kr and a deposit for aconto electricity during the period.
