Sublease of 12 sqm room
Howdy! My room at Langenæs is rented out, so you are really welcome to share the ad or give your voice if you know someone who needs a place to live. I am going on an exchange in the spring of 2022, therefore I would like to sublet my room at Kirkedammen 7 on Langenæs from 1 February to June. I will also be open to moving around a bit on the dates if it can work for both you and me. The apartment is a three-room apartment of 96 square meters, of which your room makes up 12 square meters. The room is basically rented out fully furnished, as shown in the pictures below. If it is preferred that the room is not furnished, this will also be an option. In the apartment we have a nice big living room, and a large new kitchen. Dishwasher and washing machine can also be found in the apartment, for which there are good parking options. Rent incl. aconto is DKK 4,950. If you are a student, the rent will be called DKK 4,430 after housing benefit, therefore it is preferred that you are a student. In addition comes electricity and internet. You will be staying with Lasse Antonsen, who you must promise me to take good care of while I am away! Lasse is 24 years old and is studying for a bachelor's degree in finance at the Business Academy. In addition to her studies, Lasse works at Jyske Bank in Skanderborg.
