Lease of 1/2 apartment
Female room mate is searched for 1/2 apartment in Kbh NV from June through August (3 full months) I, Freja in 21 years, live to rent in a lovely, large (76 m2), bright 3 bedroom apartment in the start Northwest . More precisely Frederikssundsvej, where it is a 7-minute walk from Nørrebro Station and the metro which opens this summer. I have lived here about 2.5 months already with a roomie, which unfortunately moves out on May 30, because she has been offered her own apartment. I am therefore looking for a new roomie. More precisely, a calm, intelligent, young woman. I am a caretaker, so my flat mate should not be a roothead. The available room is just over 7 m2 and has an associated 2-person balcony. The room has a 3-compartment wardrobe, which is in the common room. You only have to furnish your own room, the rest of the apartment I stand for. The apartment has a kitchen with large fridge, freezer and washing machine. Toilet and bathroom are separated. Rent: 4500 incl consumption ex. Internet. The cost of it is shared. Deposit: 3 months rental. + 1st month rent paid in advance. The lease is limited in time for the 3 months and cannot be terminated until this time or is extended. The room itself is delivered in the same condition as received. (Not freshly painted) No smoking inside the apartment. Due. landlord (my mother) chemistry and perfume sensitivity must not use detergents and washing powder with perfume as well as various fragrance spreaders at all in the apartment. The use of fragrant products for personal care is fine. Occupancy can take place from June 1st. (Full rent for June is still payable if the move takes place later in the month.) Relocation must be made no later than August 31st. (Full rent is also payable on previous vacations.) It is not legally possible to apply for housing allowance for the lease.
