Sublease of 1-room apartment for students
Do you want to sublet my apartment for the next six months? I am going on an exchange in Norway next semester, and need a sub-tenant for my apartment on Dannebrogsgade in Aalborg Vestby. The apartment is fully furnished, but of course I remove personal belongings as well as empty the large closets so you can make use of them. I rent it from 1 August December / January. The dates are flexible, so we can talk about them. Briefly about the apartment: Dannebrogsgade 45, 3rd floor. 10 minutes walk to the city center (5 min. By bike) Shared patio, bike parking and laundry in the basement (pulled over rent) On the swallow walk there is a balcony table and chairs where the afternoon and evening sun can be enjoyed. The apartment has a kitchen, bathroom and living room with access to a loft with a bed. It is 50 sqm and costs 3,675, DKK including aconto and internet (electricity comes next door) Deposit: 1 month rent, which you of course get again if my apartment and my things are handed over in the same condition as you received it. As the apartment is a studio apartment, it is also a requirement that you are active in your studies. If you want to stay here do not hesitate to contact me.
