I am looking for a female resident to rent my beautiful college home in Frederiksberg. It's a women's college, and I'm just looking for a woman ONLY. In addition, it is a requirement that you are a student and not a smoker. The rental period will be from 7 August 2017 to 31 December 2017. Rent is 5055kr per month including electricity, gas, heating, water, internet, etc. A deposit of three month rent is required before moving in. The college room is 50 sqm and contains both a living room, bedroom and own kitchen. Bathroom and toilet are shared with 2 others. Collegiate housing is furnished with furniture.
