Food Innovation and Health (formerly known as Gastronomy and Health) is a little nontraditional education that breaks with the conventional way of thinking when it comes to food preparation. Food Innovation and health is not a direct chefs training, but more a theoretical approach to the subject gastronomy.
The tendency to a substantial part of the food that is part of our daily meals, semi-processed quality means that the nutrition content is correspondingly low. It could eventually be a threat to one's health and health but with a training Food Innovation and Health in the back can you advise on the disadvantages and even generate meaningful alternatives.
