Hello, We are called Ieva and Adrian and when our sweet and sweet roomie moves out, we have a free room: D The apartment is located on England Road near the Øresund Road. In addition, it is located in the middle of a farm, not on the street so if you try to googlemappe it, you can not see the apartment, in turn, the area is very quiet and quiet! : D The apartment is divided into two different floors: 1) The first floor contains a kitchen and a living room and Ieva room. 2) The other contains two rooms (this with balcony is Adrians, finders keepers sorry: D!) And a bathroom with washer and dryer. There is also a terrace that can be used to hold a BBQ with friends and if you love to get brown in the summer (which never happens because we live in Denmark). The apartment can be taken from 01/01/2018 (but we all know that does not happen because we visit the carpenter that day!). A little about us: We are a couple ... friends (especially because Adrian is gay: D, so hope there is no problem with it) coming from Lithuania and Spain and we have lived in Copenhagen for 4 years. Ieva works as a waiter at a restaurant and Adrian works as a high school teacher in Roskilde. Now comes that part of the text where to describe what you are looking for like on a dating site but ok here we go: - We are looking for a person or couple who have a healthy economy and can pay the rent and deposit (as Adrian has paid it all and now he is poor). - One who wants to create a good atmosphere in the apartment. "It would like to be social, but it can also respect a closed door. - One is not afraid when Adrian sings in the living room. - One that forces Adrian to go to fitness more often than he does (which is almost NEVER). Benefits of staying with us: - Access to the garden, the terrace and the balcony. - Mega sweet roomies, which is a plus;) - Mega fed apartment. - Close to the city center and shopping. - Close to Amagerbro metro st. - Close to the beach (almost: S). - Unlimited lease. Disadvantages of staying with us: - Occupancy rate is 30,000, which corresponds to 2 months prepaid rent and 3 months deposit.
