Are you fond of the sea and fishing and want to live it, as has been Denmark's business number one in the dawn of time? So take the skipper school and be trained to Skipper 1st class.
The program takes 2½-3½ years to complete, but the first 2 years going to the sea, where you learn kotymen committing yourself aboard a ship.
Subsequently you a half to one and a half years to school and learn about include: Navigation and Meteorology, which are essential for the profession, if you need to navigate at sea and know what direction you should sail to avoid the biggest storms. In addition, there teaching of maritime law and administration, which of course is very good to be able in the event that a dispute arises at sea.
You learn to communicate in English as one of seaman comes around a lot and meet other people. Safety and environmental protection and fire fighting and fire management are also some important subjects you study.
