Has this nice room of 9.5-10 square meters with a lot of close by such as: Bus stop 4m from the head door. University, South Denmark Business School. Rosengård Center Bilka And much more ... Rent is included water, heating, electricity, internet (80/10) and laundry room with tumble dryer. The accommodation is 62 * sqm large initially and is only 2 rooms but we have set a separate wall in the living room with insulation so there are 3 rooms, with garden and basement. You get the second biggest room next to the garden since I rarely visit the address when I'm in Viborg in the past, so take the little room when I'm finally there. There is a rack for clothes and a corner desk and curtains myself :) because I do not even use it anymore. You would like to live with someone else so it's shared kitchen and bathroom, there are also laundry rooms for rent for free as well as an extra room that can also be rented free of charge at the laundry room if you have longer guests.
