Great room at Frederiksberg
Hello :) We rent a nice room in Frederiksberg. The apartment is 130 sqm and there is a large communal dining kitchen. Bath and toilet are located in two different rooms. There are shared garden, bicycle cellar, washing machine, dryer, Internet and dishwasher. In the apartment I live myself and every other week my children of 11 and 13 years. It is a condition that you can love children and that you can see something amazing about a new basketball or hot dance moves ?? In addition, we have both open and closed doors, we go to sports and have a normal everyday life with dinner and bedtime. On weekends we often have guests or are out in town and we are generally very hospitable. Don't be hysterically non-smoker, but don't expect it to be a smoker's home. You may smoke a cigarette in the kitchen window when drinking a cup of coffee. We have shared housing with other people for many years and we like it. We think it is important that you have the excess and want to drink a cup of coffee in the kitchen once in a while and we also think it is nice with closed doors and tranquility :) Of course it is important that you do not make a noise in the apartment after the children are laid in bed at 21, just as it is not possible to party or invite a lot of people when the children are at home. I expect you to clean up after yourself in the kitchen and it's easiest if you agree that a clean home is generally upbeat. We share cleaning in common areas (kitchen, bath, toilet) so that I clean after my kids have been home for a week - you do it in the second week when we're only two at home. We have a very ordinary rhythm and typically get up at 6-7, where we go to school and to work - and we go to bed before midnight in the weekdays.
