Nice central room in large apartment
Hi, all the house seekers! We are two roomies (both in the 20's) looking for a new one for our 4-room apartment on Vesterbro 72, 2nd floor in Odense C, which is 125 sqm. It is about a room of approx. 8/9 sqm, and in the apartment there is also a large living room with sofas and TV and kitchen (without dishwasher but with free washing machine in the basement). The rent is 3000 kr. (Approximately 2700 with housing support), which includes all expenses, ie. water / heating / electricity, and internet etc. The room is available from 1 November 2017. Deposit is DKK 8000. To you, we do not have many requirements as a rule and are really open. However, we would like a roomie that is welcoming and friendly.
