Fabulous person sought to commune
Hello fabulous house-hunting. We are looking for a new roommate, as our current roommie soon leave the apartment. The apartment is large, bright and has high ceilings. The property is situated on a closed road in a quiet area of Odense C. The area houses mainly students and young families with children. It belongs to the property a small communal garden, communal parking, laundry room and bicycle storage. The apartment has also a small storage room. There is a 15 minute walk to the railway station, 10 minutes to the pedestrian zone and less than 2 minutes to the nearest shopping venues. It takes 10-15 minutes to commute to the university. We rent a room of 9m2 with high ceilings. The rent is 2850 kr. Per month (electricity, water, heating, internet, small TV package and a single Netflix account is included herein). When moving paid additionally 7700 kroner deposit (one month's rent paid in advance are included herein). We are Christopher and Nina, respectively 24 and 23. We are looking preferably a roommate who would like to cook and eat together a few times a week and doing something socially now and then.
