RENTAL OF ROOM FROM 1 / 1-2022 30 / 6-2022
I am going on an exchange next semester, and I am subletting my room on Magrethepladsen in Århus C. The rent will be DKK 4,700 incl. EVERYTHING. However, it is a requirement that you students, as we would then be able to receive housing benefit. There will be a deposit of 1 month rent + 1 month prepaid rent. The apartment is 67 sqm2 and consists of 3 rooms, one of which is a kitchen, and a large bathroom. In addition, the apartment will of course have a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. There will be access to the terrace where there will be the opportunity to enjoy some good times (especially when we reach spring and summer!) You will be staying with Nicolas at 24. He is studying International Business Communication in Spanish in the 3rd semester. He is socially minded, and is always ready for a chat over a beer or a cup of coffee!
