A room in a small collective.
Hi coming roomie! On April 1st we have a room to be occupied. The apartment is in the living room and is 138 m2 in size, divided into 5 rooms on two levels. In addition to this, there is a large kitchen and a similar bathroom. The apartment is located in the middle of Frederiksberg and Nørrebro with 12 minutes by bike to Rådhuspladsen. With great pleasure, we welcome you to the view and sound of one of Denmark's busy roads .... YES, it's got its charm! ;) The room is in the basement and is 15 m2. We are: Mads, 24 years, just started 3rd semester as teacher students at UCC (Campus Carlsberg), playing floorball 3 times a week. Thomas, 25 years, becomes a Bachelor of Summer as a Master of Engineers, is a big fan of music and of stopping training. We are looking for: We have previously lived 4 friends in the collective but would like to try to do it 50/50 therefore we are looking for 2 girls. We'd like to see you between 22-26 years, but this is not crucial. In addition, you should appreciate contributing to a good joint and want to cook and other nice things in between. NOTE! The rent is at 3100 excl. water, heat and power. Which is usually around. 350-400 kroner per quarter. If you are interested, you may want to write an email with a little about yourself.
