A cheap room for rent in a big, beautiful villa
Do you need a place to live near Aarhus, but have you not yet been lucky enough to find something? Then this might be something for you: We are 3 friends from high school who have caught their fingers in a big and beautiful villa located close to Skanderborg st. ca. 4 min. distance. The house consists of 350 sqm on 2 floors spread over 5 rooms, 2 living rooms, kitchen family room and also a nice garden with accompanying terrace. We are two girls (Helena and Karen Marie) who live in 2 of the rooms upstairs and 1 boy (Peter Filip) who lives in one of the rooms below. We rent a room, which is between 15-20kvm. The rent is 4000kr all inclusive. There is full access to the whole house around the clock, which also includes washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. We are all three 20 years old (or just 20) and we all have to start education in Aarhus. Karen Marie starts medicine at the end of January, and both Peter Filip and Helena start training after the summer holiday in Business and Economics Administration and Marketing Economics, respectively. We are looking for a tenant who would like to live with 3 really cute and funny young people. We want a home where there is room for everyone and a good community, but at the same time there is also respect for privacy and a closed door. The details regarding food, shared expenses for toilet paper, laundry detergent etc. can be agreed. However, we expect that common areas will be cleaned. It should also be mentioned that the house is fully furnished with everything that belongs to (of course with the exception of your future room), but of course there is always room for more if desired.
