Are you our new roomie?
Hei! As our current roomie will move out, we are looking for a new happy and positive room for our lovely apartment on Margrethe Square from February 1, 2019. Who you are: We are looking for an outgoing non-smoking, 20-27 year old student (so we can get housing support). Certainly happy for a nice party, and cozy taco and film nights together in the apartment! About us: Maren (22 years) and Mille (21 years) are two good Norwegian girlfriends, both of whom are on the 2nd semester at Social Advisory Education at VIA, Campus C. We are also working in the same place. We are festive people who are very social and appreciate nice evenings together :) About the apartment: The apartment is on Margrethe Square and is a brand new apartment that was completed January 2018. Most people who live here are for 20 years and it is many super cute neighbors. The apartment is located in the heart of Aarhus, close to both the city, shops and fitness center. It takes about 1012 min to uni by bike. The apartment is a total of 86 sqm and is located on the 2nd floor. In addition to three identical bedrooms, there is an open plan kitchen / living room solution with dishwasher, large fridge and freezer. In the bathroom there are both washing machine and dryer. It also comes with a storage room / storage room and bicycle parking. Your unfurnished room will be 8-9 sqm, with a built-in closet, and large windows facing the courtyard (see photo). The rent will be NOK 4617 per month (including water and heating, excluding housing support). Electricity and internet will be added every three months. Within the occupancy, a deposit is paid corresponding to 3 x rent + 3 months prepaid rent.
